Skinny Jake’s Fat Honey began in 2011 with a single
backyard hive in NE Minneapolis. The urban honey
gathered from the diverse and unique nectar
throughout the city was so delicious that we couldn’t
keep it to ourselves.

We now have dozens of hives on rooftops and in backyards churning out the tastiest, fattest honey in Minnesota.
